Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. Because each item is printed just for you, processing takes a few extra days—but it’s worth the wait.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States. Stay tuned—global mat takeover is on the vision board.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.

Q: What kind of shirts do you use?
A: We use premium tees known for their soft feel, flattering fit, and durability—perfect for everyday wear, post-practice lounging, or hyped-up comp weekends.
Q: How do I find the right size?
A: Check the size guide on each product page for measurements. Most of our shirts are unisex and true to size. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
Q: Will the design fade or peel?
A: Nope. We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for a smooth, vibrant finish that holds up wash after wash—just follow care instructions and treat it like your favorite hoodie.

Q: Can I return or exchange my item?
A: Since every item is made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective items. That said—we want you to be happy. If something’s off, reach out and we’ll make it right.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
A: We get it—it happens. While we can’t do free size swaps due to our print-on-demand model, we’ll work with you on a solution. Hit us up!

A: We’re a family-owned brand built by real cheer parents who’ve been in the bleachers, in the gyms, and in the group chats for years. This is a labor of hype and heart.
Q: Do you offer designs for all stunt group roles?
A: Yes—and that’s kind of our thing. Flyers, bases, backspots, tumblers, sideline hype crews—we’ve got you. Every role matters, and every role deserves gear that hits.

Q: Do you accept custom or bulk orders for teams?
A: We don’t offer teamwear yet, but we’re working on it. Have a stunt group, gym squad, or comp crew that wants to match? DM us—we might be able to hook you up early.
Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: Not yet—but it's on the list. In the meantime, merch makes a great surprise for the athlete or coach in your life.
Q: What does “Hit Zero” mean, anyway?
A: In cheer, hitting zero means a routine with zero deductions—every skill landed, every count clean. It’s precision. It’s pride. It’s the standard. And we’re here to rep that energy in everything we do.
